repair of holes in hull

My fiberglass boat was struck by lighting. It traveled down the tower and exited through the hull in 2 places. one hole is a 3" long gash, the other is a round hole about 1" in diameter. Access to both sides is limited. Can it be repaired from the outside only. The holes are below the waterline.

Don 1113, WOW located in FL. also. I'm not soliciting your buisiness. I've been in the field for a while now and quite frankly I would love to see some Photos if available.
