Hi guys im looking to have dual monitors for bow and rear seating in my boat. but im unable to find dual screen fish finder/gps units Ive seen them on the pro bass boats how is it done? Do the buy 2 units and use a splice cord?
Or run 2 transdusers?

Bass boats usually have 2 transducers. Most GPS/Sounder units today have NMEA data transfer capability, and a remote unit can be connected to the "master", the one with the transducers/antennas connected. Garmin has a "black box" system that connects all antennas/xducers to the box, then out to display(s). Raymarine has the "Sea Talk" (similar to NMEA bus) system which allows multiple displays. Boater's World or West Marine usually has sales people fairly knowledgeable in electronics who can help you out when it's time to buy.
