OEM Prices

How many amateur boatbuilders are there around the world?
I guess many.

Why don't they have access to OEM prices for purchasing equipement?
At least for the more expensive parts? f.i. engines

Or even a sort of discount sort of OEAM Original Equipment amateur manufacturer ;)

any comments?

Ps I don't want to steel the bread of the official distributors, but there has to be some way?

Look Daniel, it is not so difficult to get OEM prices unless you are not an official entity. If you have a project, inscribe at the Chamber of Commerce your project and with an official entry in the CoC you are entitled to get Shipyard prices.
