30 to 45 foot range?? Might try narrowing that down a tad, that's a huge range of size.

Plans are purchased from the designer for ONE TIME USE.
Passing on plans is stealing from the designer ,
same as taking his TV out the back door.

If you are interested in a NEW bare hull (saves about 2 years of construction) and miles of welding , sandblasting ect!! E mail me.
The hull is steel designed & owned by Merrit Walter ,
who normally designes boats to USCG speks to carry pax for hire.
Strong & well built she is 45loa Schooner about 40 lod , 32.6lwl draft 4.6 beam 12.6 Sail 801 sqft with 30,400 disp.
The sort of vessel you sail to the far corners of the earth with , not worring if a crew member had the audacity to bring along a full tube of tooth paste , as compared to the "racers" where "Excess"weight is DEATH.

I nearly went with George Buehlers "HERA" design http://www.georgebuehler.com/Hera.html a particularly salty looking 39',
before deciding a catamaran was better for me in the short term (been 14 years so far). :D
