Grew 245 Hardtop [1976 Slickcraft hull]

I am considering doing the cuddy cabin of this 24 ft boat in wood trim. I would at the most be adding 200 lbs of extra weight in that area. Could this extra weight cause any performance problems? Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks ........Don

I think any weight to this boat hurts. Depends though on how much you use it or how much fuel you go through. If you use it alot it may hurt.
