Fiberglass repair

Hi all!
I am going to start a structual fiberglass repair project on a flats boat/bay boat.
I need to build a new sidewall from the waterline (floor) to top rail of 12in X 6 ft. I am very mechanical but have never done a fiberglass repair project of this type. Can anyone recommend a good how to book or video that would show this type of repair? Thanks, Curt

Pictures would really help visualize what your trying to do. There are plenty of books on FRP repair and construction. Although I doubt you will find your repair exactly featured.

If you post pictures, there are plenty of guys on this forum that can give you advice.

Thanks JR, I will try to get some pictures together. Until then, this is what I've done. The boat is 22 ft. I have cut out about a 1ft X 6 ft section at the the middle sidewall from the rail down just above the waterline, leaving a rather large opening.
