Performance Chart

Hi guys,

I'd like to know your opinion on this type of Performance Chart. Like, what do you think about the values, if you've seen similar charts, were they any different... and so on.

Some time ago, I saw a similar one at a Designer's office, so I guess it should be of common use among other designers.
