Want to add a torpedo stern to a 30' cape lsland lobster style boat

I own a narrow hulled 30 foot cape island boat (akin to a maine lobster boat). I am looking to add a torpedo stern to the boat and am looking for ideas as to the best way to make the modification (best way to attach the extension). The hull is fibreglass on pine on oak frames. Any ideas? Tks
