Floating Deck

Good afternoon gentlemen.

I am planning to build a floating deck on a river, approximate size of 6m by 12m.
The idee is,is to convert this in a floating bar on the river. It will be ancored from the river bank.
It must be able to handle plus/minus 15 to 20 people plus the bar equipment.
I was thinking of using this 210L plastic drums as the floatation device with a wood floor.
What do you guys think off the idee and any suggestions would be helpfull.
How much drums would be needed

The idea is great!! A real toerist trap!
For the amount of drums, you need to figure out what the weight of the whole structure is going to be!
a 210L drum, fully submerged, will carry 210 kg - own weight!
When you figured that one out you will have to make a plan on how to place the drums. Maybe some extra under the bar, as this is a heavy object!
Check stability!!
