Could anyone can supply the inspection standard of bubble produced during the hand laminated especially at corner? (how many? size?....)

Change your technique to eliminate or reduce the bubbles. When you roll on resin but especially when you roll out bubbles with your bubblebuster, (or squegee) try to roll towards the corner instead of away. The glass itself moves around as you roll it and that way you pack it into the corner instead of pulling it away.

It is better to be resin rich than to have a bubble

Anyway **** happens time to time.. but every bubble I see I grind it open and fill it at least.
