Hi all.........I was wondering if anyone can help ! Whilst investigating a fault with my fuel gauge I accidentally shorted a terminal on the gauge. Now have no power at fuse board and only the motor starts and tilts.....have checked the fuses and cannot find any blown ones. Anyone have any ideas ?

Is the power to all the boat systems fed through the positive in the engine starter?

I'm not sure..........all I know at present is that the engine still starts and tilts but everything else is dead !

Finding out where the power feed is, will be your first step

Some boats are connected to a fusible link in the motor. It is a short piece of wire of thinner gauge. If you shorted it, it needs to be replaced.

Power feed must come from engine as isolator kills all !
