Hello, I'm currently building a small boat as a project and would like to hear some suggestions or pictures on how I should build the boats frame if the boat is top heavy, a tower is going to be going straight up from the center, any suggestions would be great, links to pictures/photos are even better ty!

Ocean going barges carry cranes. Those are potentially top heavy. The wide footprint that the hull makes is helpful in maintaining stability.

Ask the designer. You bought the plan right?
If you design it yourself, well, you are in a pikle, because now you need a designer and pay for it.

Without the basic information about the boat, such as what it is and the general dimensions, particularly the various centers, you'll get little useful information. It's a bit like asking why your car will not start, but we don't know what it is or what it's doing. You'll need considerably more in specifics about the design you're building.
