If you find it let me know. We have to get it from Canada or take sheet-stock and make it ourselves.

Thanks replying.
I will.
I talked to jack at Jamestown supply and he is going to check it out but he has not called me back.
A person could make it himself just need to router bits and router with a speed control.
Thanks
Steve

Yea, right now when we need small runs we make it in the shop out of our sheet stock. But when we are preparing to lay-up a new hull we order it pre-made.

The best source of core cell was composites one, but they only supply by the case. I think you will have to strip the panels and bead/cove them yourself. The layup may be easier if you consider wider panels running from sheer to keel rather than narrower strips running fore and aft.

I will need a case and hope it will be enough. It will be very close to being a few short. I'm going to strip plank the sides because it will will be very curvy. I thought about using Durakore strips but I like the thoughts being synthetic.
A pro builder on nc coast is helping me and he has used many different materials.
The bead and cove seems to me to be the best product. The bead and coves kinda loosely lock together. I will use sheets for decks and the bottom and transom.
Thanks Steve

The bead and cove is great, we do the same thing just up the coast from you on our boats.

If you start working with the bead and cove system, make sure you read this book as well:
http://www.cyberstreet.com/andre/
If you want to order, make sure you call him first. I lost track of Andre long time ago, and I am not sure if he is still around.
The bead and cove can very quickly be made, if you have the right equipment. (tabel saw, router table with tractor). I produce B&C in the Netherlands, not much of interest for you guys, I am afraid.

Ok, talked to the Bossman and we are getting it by the case from ATC Chemical in Ontario. We are actually ordering it through our local composites distributor though. So depending on where in the OBX you are they may be fairly local
It's Eastern Burlap in norfolk, VA
