Hi im new to boating and this forum, i have just bought this boat. all i know is it comes with a jet drive and has a 3.0 Essex V6.
Im struggling to work out what type of boat it is, i thought it was a dateline bikini but looking at pictures online its pretty different :(

Please help me identify it :)

is there a plate on it anywhere with an alphanumeric serial number on it?

Looks like a late 70's early 80's Fletcher, a yard i used to work at used to maintain one very similar, Hamilton jet drive & 3 ltr V6 ford, she would leap on to the plane from a standing start in no time & was very fast!
The impeller does not like eating stones though!

It's a speed boat silly!

Doesn't mean it's fast though, it's just a name.

Seriously, perhaps it's a "one-off", no known plan. Or, a combination of

designs (never a good idea).

How's it run/go/ride/handle/perform?

Anyone thought to check the HIN for the manufacture's prefix code?

HINs are US stuff...this is over the pond. It SHOULD have SOME kind of ID on it somewhere though.

And 80%+ of the manufactured pleasure boats go to what market and wouldn't that manufacture cater to this biggest market's requirements?
