    Hi I am currently researching and looking into the feasability of building a commercial spec customized 8m rib, we are only at the initial inception stage, intend to build from scratch a plug, and mold this, and later build a hull from this.Has anybody built a rib from scratch and could offer advice on mold construction and building a plug from mdf and ply. cheers gavin
