In addition to an extraordinary exhibition of skill and daring, I assume that this skipper is also capable of walking on water. He is by all means good at what he is shown to be doing.

Let me start a friendly argument...That thing looks fasr BUT I'll bet a foiler moth, a 49er, and even an International canoe will blow its doors in. The spectacular rowboat thingy would lose to a Thistle or Lightning on a tight 3 or 4 pin race course. For sure if the weather was flukey and had frequent shifts.

Very spectacular and its nice to see the product of a creative mind in the hands of a capable sailor.I would echo the suggestion that there are faster boats out there,but RS 700's and Musto Skiffs can simply be bought.This projectile is a unique creation and I am glad somebody took the time to create it and extend the spectrum of sailing craft.

The boat part of this vehicle appears to be a rowing shell that has been decked over. It might hav e been a fours with coxswain in its' former life. I too admire the sense of adventure, departure from the norm and the craftsmanship of the builder.
