My brother want to learn Spanish language but we are unable to find good school for it. Any help will be appreciates.

Without going into politic issues and considering only learning Spanish I'd recommend Cuba (or Miami).. If you learn Spanish from cubanos you manage it everywhere.. Google "CubaManiac"

I don't think you want to learn Spanish from Mexicans, as "Mexican Spanish" is considered "broken Spanish" by other Spanish speakers.

I know a Mexican here in the USA who is taking "Castilian Spanish" classes to try to get rid of his Mexican accent which is considered low class.

I don't think "Cuban Spanish" or at least that Ricky Ricardo accent is desirable, and it is certainly "hard on the ears".

Columbian Spanish is 'easy on the ears', not sure how it ranks otherwise, but I think it is OK.

Of course, there some some people you don't want to learn English from as well, I'd say the two best ones would be California/Hollywood for the that acting school "world standard" accentless English, or New Zealand.

The only true way to learn a foreign language is to go and study it in the country of its' origin.

Mexicans, when they speak properly, actually speak quite good spanish. But how often do they do that...? Colombian spanish is horrible, as soft as it is. The accent is just wrong.

For proper spanish I'd go to Spain. Castilla in Spain, to be precise.
