I doubt knowing what the boat's design is matters in terms of replacing the mast since no one will have that mast waiting on a shelf.
Better to copy the existing mast. If the mast was originally solid spruce, find someone to build a new mast from laminations of spruce. Fir can be substituted. It's a bit heavier, but fir makes a fine spar.
Your post is really a pain to understand.
I'm not sure what you're asking Icefang45, but wooden spars are custom made, as Alan has suggested. If you need a mast, you'll have to build one or have one built. The third option is to see if you can find one of similar size and diameters. Considering it's a gaff, this limits your choices, so I'd start by calling boat repair shops and spar makers.
