I have inherited a Westerbeke 20HP inboard from 1990. About 200 hours or so. The engine is not producing max HP at its standard RPM rate. Have thrown diagnostics at it and mechanics cant find the problem.

Any help is appreciated.

how do you know it is not producing 20 hp when it reaches standard rpm ?
