Would it be possible to turn "ON" the option to allow users to modify their thread title?
Like I told someone on a different board:
It's in people's nature to filter what they read on the main page. When your topic isn't seeing the activity you think it should, it's usually because the title isn't attractive enough. People filter the topics and go in the ones that seem appealing to them. Marketing companies have been hitting and missing for ages. Maybe you missed the mark on your other thread.
This message board offers you the option to change the title of your topic. If you press "Edit" on the first post you made in your thread, you can change the subject to something more appealing and you will see more activity going on.
Being able to "rebrand" your thread usually results in less messy message boards because you can rename your thread instead of creating a new one with a different title to catch the readers' eye.
