Miamiproas

I just purchased a beated up inflatable Catapult catamaran. After furthere research I found these were the first production hulls made of PVC - subsequent were made of hypalon. I noted my mistake after the purchase so live and learn
I want to build my own hulls but with hypalon. I have rebuilt several sailboats and built a couple of proas so I think with basic instruction I can do this myself.
I understand there is a member her by the name of Sealion who is an expert on building hypalon RIBs - since the Catapult is a british boat and I am in Miami - well, I rather try to see if I can make the hulls myself before I order teh replacement hulls.
My ultimate goal and the reason I boat the boat is that I want to build an inflatable proa - I figure if Mr. Sealion can walk me thru the basics, I can get my feet wet on the catapult before I tackle designing the inflatable proa -
Thanks
