We are going to be storing our pontoon boat in a dry stack facility. The forklift cannot position the forks close enough to go between the toons.
We can attach cables to the stern eye hooks that are welded on to the top of the toons. The same eye hooks on the bow are too far away. I would like to attach additional eye hooks somewhere along the side closer to the stern.
Can you weld addtional hooks onto the toon or is this a structural issue. Should I concentrate on making extension come out from under the decking with attachments to hook on.

Any advice would be appreciated. Presently sling straps are used to go under
the toons to lift it out and put it on blocks. It is a slower process and takes two people. Trying to make it more efficient.

Thank you,

Vasko
