Is it ok to use a galvanised pipe as a radio and radar mast bolted to a steel flybriddge on a steel boat same goes with a fully galvanised davit crane will they become sacrificial zinc for the rest of the boat?
If so maybe insulation will isolate and protect them.

No problem at all. I've used welded on Galv for lifelines, handrails and used pre galv sheets for my decks , cabin wheelhouse, and cockpit , no problem in 25 years. Wash it with TSP,then water, then vinegar, then water , and let it dry before painting.

Be wary of Galvanized cleats . They are almost all cast iron, brittle as glass. I one broke all the welded on galvanised cleats off a boat ,with a single swing of a claw hammer for each one, very dangerous if they break under load.
