Can someone please help me. I cannot determine is my boat fully or partially decked?

L=19m
B=5.2m

It has only one master cabin.

3.1.6 fully decked boat boat in which the horizontal projection of the sheerline area comprises any combination of
- decking with appliances watertight in accordance with IS0 1221 6, and/or
- quick-draining recesses complying with IS0 11812, and/or
- watertight recesses complying with IS0 11812 with a volume of less than LH BH FM I40

3.1.7 partially decked boat

partially decked boat boat in which at least two-thirds of the horizontal projection of the sheerline area is equipped with decking, cabins, shelters or rigid covers which are watertight according to IS0 12216 and designed to shed water overboard, in which area all that within L, 1 3 from the bow and also the area 100 mm inboard from the periphery of the boat (excluding the transom) are included

Yes you are "fully decked."
