I do not think those are 4 stroke engines. Many lakes and rivers in California
and Oregon and many other states I believe have banned non 4 stroke engines. Newer Evinrudes Did get permission in Calif. (E-Tec). Check wherever your going to use them before purchase. If they are 4 strokes all should be OK. I would certainly want to run them and have them checked out prior to payment. $1,500.00 or less is CHEAP. WHY??

No those are old 2 smokes and heavy ones at that, close to 600 pounds each. And the price is a bit high. I bought one a year ago for 500 bucks, and in better shape than those. 25" shaft and salt water motors, more trouble than they are worth. I saw a guy on ebay that couldn't give one away.
