Can Anyone Identify the builder of this boat?

I am curious about the ketch De Zeeuwse Stromen which I believe sailed out of Holland, and which is featured on the cover of the trade paperback SINGLE HANDED SAILING (2nd Ed), by Richard Henderson. I was hoping someone could identify the designer and/or the yard, or has an promising link(s) they could post. This has stumped me for a couple of years.
