hi everybody.i am studying about designing propller. but i have much problems. what is slip? how does it is caculated ( fomular for this)? thanks.

Slip is a ratio for the propellor's performance on a particular boat. It is not really a characteristic of the propellor itself but a result of it's application on a particular boat. It is the ratio of how far the boat actually moves in one revolution of the prop compared to the pitch or theoretical distance the prop should move forward in one revolution.
