Hello to all,
Could somebody tell me which is the approximate weight of aluminum as the construction material in the 30' motor boat?

I think that it really depends on the application (what will the boat be used for? what is expected of it?), but I think at a minimum you would want 0.250-inch for the bottom and 0.125-inch for the rest. It also depends on how the boat is built - if you have a lot of good structural ribs, etc., you could probably get away with a bit lighter gauge.

You should go for Aluminum 5083-O

Density of both is about 2650 kg/m3.

depends on your speed requirements and sea state fast boat at sea, in good sized chop, I would plate in 8mm the bottom with 5 mm, full length girders, for slow boat, 6mm
I would use 5 on the topsides, and 4-5 on deck and 4 on superstrucure
your bottom is critical you can pm me and I will send you some drawings, I have built many al al yachts and motorboats

For 30' planning powerboat the weight of hull, deck and cabin structure designed to ISO12215-5 will be about 1800 kg.

Thickness is likely to be 6 mm at bottom provided that bottom panels are about 300-350 mm wide. For rest of structure thikness is about 4 mm. These data not for construction, just for quick reference :)
