The one that works the worst is probably the most less expensive.

Arneson's are not that expensive. Especially when you consider what is a proven item that works and there is technical support after the sale.

Most times cheap turns out costing more

What is your power and speed?

the boat im producing is a 56 footer with 1720 hp, its a sports cruiser, you can se the pictures on www.rivadzza.com its the 56 Genesis.

I sell most of my boats here in Thailand where I have my factory + some to Russia, I recon surface drives is the best option, gives much better preformance and economy, the weight of the boat is 14.000 kg and the hull has a 21 degree dedarise, the estimation of speed is calculated to 45-47 knots..... are you also a boat builder ?
