I just built this over the winter an into the spring. This is a new mold, color sanded an buffed with five coats of mold wax in it. It is 20.4' long and has an incert to build a 14' pontoon boat. I also have a mold to make the deck rails, also sanded buffed and waxed. I havn't pulled a part out as of yet. I have changed directions and will be building a tunnel boat/deck boat. That is why I'm selling. These are all original, not a copy or a splash. They have a sharp entry into the water, better for cutting a wave. There were built with performance in mind and have a 13" pad at the last 6' with a step built into it. They are 26" deep and 24" wide at the top and coming in 2" more at the middle of the freeboard. The bottom is a 10 degree V. The peice is 3k for all new molds. PM if you need more info.

Thanks

They are 20' long with step 14' from the bow. They are 26" deep and 24" wide. There is a slight "V" to the bottom and the last 6' has a 13" wide pad. No other pics, just these and the one that I sent you. They were wet sanded, buffed and waxed. I put them aside to start another project.

Are these two seperate pontoon molds or is this a hull mold?

This is one pontoon mold. You can build a pontoon or a tritoon. A tritoon rigged with twin 200's will flat out run.

Some pic's of the 14', waxing and getting ready to build another one. These molds will build a 20' down to 12'. You can see the incert, it's blocked off at 14'. Clay it in and take off the wax and away we go.

these are pic's of a 14' pontoon, pulled out of the 20.4' mold.

starboard transom to bow.

couple of shots of the bow, this one came out a little fuzzzzzzy.:(

this one is better. Note: it's going to take one heck of a wave to make it into this pontoon boat.

next is a shot of the semi V keel.

and here is a shot of the clayed in transom, just after pulling the part. Just re-clay and it's ready for another one. Before the removable transom was built 1/4" holes were drilled in the mold flange to make sure it went back in the same spot every time.

Can you tell me if your pontoon mold is still available? How much are you asking for it? Also what part of the country are you located in?

Thanks, Mike Carlson

As of right now, no. I'm waiting for payment, we will see what happens in the next few weeks.

There is one cruising around on Tempe Town Lake. It might be a little hot for the new owner right now, but he was hitting the lake 3-4 times a week.
