Help with stern in freeship

Im playing with a design in freeship but when i removed some edges it created dents(or collapsed dont know the correct english)and dont know how to fix these.If anyone could help would be much appreciated.

What are you trying to achieve?

You can either put the edges back by selecting the nodes(click while holding ctrl) and then click edge>insert.

or

You can collapse the nodes which are left after you collapsed the edges. This will give you a flat surface.
