Does anyone know how to calculate loads of a machine gun located in the weather deck?

You get the recoil specs from the arms manufacturer.

Wouldn't one do that with "ordinary" maths such as this:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Moment_%28physics%29

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Torque

And then plug in the different forces on those "levers" or "arms" if you want? I mean, after you get the recoil specs from the manufacturer.

It might be the long way around, but at least you can then do it with a piece of paper and perhaps a small calculator.

Just make sure wind doesn't blow it to the sea. That's the biggest load to consider... And use engine mounts (rubber/bolt kind) to damp the noise going under the deck..
