Need recommendations

I'm attempting to convert this little 11 ft boat i have to a jetboat. My plan really is to put V-twin motor in it and try to make the boat look like a miniture jet/river boat. I dont really have much room to work with. My initial idea was to cut the intake out of a seadoo and glass it in but in order to do that i'm going to have to resess the pump way out the back. I'm wondering if any of you guys have any recommendations on what type of pump i should use and where i can get/find one cheap. This really is just a messin around type project. I have minimal glass work experience so simpler the better.

look into merc sport jets
