i need a good book which explains the construction of fiberglass boats, how to make a mold then how make the hull

Try "Boatbuilding One-Off in Fiberglass" by Alan Vaitses.

I am sure there are other worthwhile books. Alan gives a good basic grounding of what works and what doesn't.
