I see BV are to public a public limited company (or whatever the French equivalent is). Anyone have any thoughts on this? Why do they need to raise revenue? How do BV think this will improve their service? Will they come under pressure to pinch pennies? Are short term sahre holder requirements consistent with clas society activities? Would you buy the shares?
