New owner Marina 75 motorsailer

I have a Marina 75 1986 since august 2006. I live in Quebec (Canada). I have no experience with that kind of boat. Somebody of you can advise me exemples: in the wind over 20-25 knot or how to operate that boat in the port or others particularitys of that boat.
