Proctor Mast - spare parts needed.

Im currently restoring a Scorpion. This came with a Proctor metal mast. Unfortionately the step is missing, least thats what I think it is. Its the bit that bolts to the deck and provides a pivot for the mast to link to. The base of the mast has a square U which locates into some sort of pin.

Does anyone know where I could get the step in the UK ? Ive searched the web but there doesnt seem to be anything much when using google.

I think Proctors are now part of Selden Masts.
