Help ! Looking for used chopper gun system

:) Anyone know where a poor small businessman can get a deal on a new or used choppergun system?

I read this off one of these forums one day...if you stick some fiberglass into a coffee grinder/food processor it will chop it up for you. NOt sure how much you need to chop, but it is good for small quantities.
