I got a free demo maxsurf and that's really a good tool for marine design. But the included help files are not suitable for a begineer I think, I need more details. Anybody know how to catch the skill or know other website can give me more help?

Are you looking at the help files or the .pdf file of the manual? The manual has more detail than the Help files. It is on the demo CD or can be downloaded from the website -
