ISO12215-5 - formulas for catamarans strength

Does anyone have experience of using Annex D of ISO12215? They do not specify units in some formulas, and the results on formula (4) seems to be a guesswork. I suspect Mtb in formula (1) is in kgf*m, not in N*m?
