As an ex-Nordic - Yes. There is no age barrier in learning to ski. Suppleness of limbs is all that is required...but don't enter a downhill race straight away....:)

Almost forgot. And you'll need a pair of skis....:p

Sure, the only downside with waiting is that since adults hurt themselves more than children, you will hurt yourself more doing it :)

It's not so much that adults get hurt more than children ... it's just that when we do get hurt the recovery times get longer! :)

Mikey - I thought that the whole point of skiing was the 'downside'? sorry only the eternal child talking!!
