The free version of Delftship (former Freeship celebrated on this forum) is very capable http://www.delftship.net/ requires registration on the site, worth the trouble.

FREEship is my recommendation. Develop the hull and see the shape of the panels.

Did not know it was still available for download there, thanks. Freeship is better than Delftship. Perhaps this will change in the future as Delftship is further developed.
