Hull comparisons

Hi
The hull I currently have is a 60 degree entry, variable deadrise, to 18 degree with a pad at the transome.
I am looking at a hull that has a 70 degree entry and 19 degree constant deadrise.
What handling and ride differences can I expect and what differences in fuel burn will I see.
Both hulls are the same length, 29ft , 9'6" beam.

Ken, I'd expect to see very little fuel consumption difference between the two hulls, provided that all else is equal aboard the two vessels. The steeper hull would likely burn a little more fuel, but the two sound very similar.
