Herrishoff method

Am working on a set of plans , STROLLER , a Herrishoff design , in an attempt to scale them to a size to fit into a std shipping container.

Most designers use a top down and side view to show the interior.

Cap H uses the bulkheads with a drawing to show what is built on them.

It gives the impression of what would be seen , if inside the boat facing the bulkhead.

Much easier to contemplate how the space gets used , and will "feel"than the plan view.

A very unique method of interior design.

It still is quite common to see "sectional" renderings along the hull's length, though they aren't necessary to complete a set of plans and possibly why they are dropping from favor in modern plan sets.
