Hi!currently,im building a 50' raft propelled by sail and oar and was wondering if it would be possible to ocver about 100 miles in a month.

Shouldn't be a problem I can swim faster than that.
The best possible speed you could get from you 50' raft would be around 10 MPH, unless it is unusually narrow, which could permit higher speed. If it's a raft or barge like thing, you'll probably not get half that speed with the usual devices to propel it, unless ridiculous amounts of power were used (thousands of HP).
There are 720 hours in a month, so you'd have to average an 1/8th a MPH to get 100 miles distance in that time, which works out to be around 3 and a third miles per day across 30 days travel time. Most river currents move faster then that, if you were just drifting. So, yes you'd cover that distance in a month.
