In this Code Newsletter on the MCA website it has links to a .pdf of the new combined <24m SCV Code that is replacing the Yellow, Blue, Brown and Red codes for commercial sailing, motor, pilot and Nominated Departure Point regs, and I think a copy of the LY2 Code for all vessels over 24m.
