Hello all,
After larking for a while, thinking what a great site this is, I joined in.

Me and my soon-to-be wife are thinking that instead of paying a rent for a house we could buy a boat and live in it, since Athens has so many marinas.
I know a lot of people do it, but not that common in Greece.
A motorsailer seems to be the best idea as it combines sailing and motoring plus a lot of sapce as a bonus and actually a 45-55 Turkish wooden gullet would fit the bill nice.
Any advice from someone more experienced?
