The folks that sell AIREX have a fine book on how to construct a male mold for a one or two of.
The method can produce a fine boat , we have had a number pass Sub T for US CG pass for hire (over 6) .
Downside is a bit more fairing is required to get a "yacht" finish .
But a quiet well insulated hull that is very light is within the skill level of many.
HIRE someone with experience to assist in building the plug , 2-3 weeks of paying , that will assure a sweet and fair hull.
