Problem with high moisture readings above waterline and so called blisters due to moisture in GRP - I suppose.
I want as easy as possible save this boat for another 30 years.
I can mould outer skin in an easy way.
I heard from a boat man that it is possible to drill a lot of holes in the balsa cored hull and let the balsa dry out before, when dry enough, filling the holes with epoxy and make a new outer skin. And inner skin as well - I guess.
The epoxi in the holes between outer and inner skin give enough strength to the hull I suppose.
Have anyone experiece from a process like this?
Can this be possible to do?
