time to buy materials - any good web sites to look at, local supplier here in san diego is kinda steep on price. not sure if resin / glass / core materials can be purchased off the net and shiped cheaper, than a local purchase.

In my experience, what you save in materials by buying from somewhere far away, you almost always make up in shipping and duties to get them to you. If you're buying by the truckload, go straight to the manufacturer; if you're looking at stuff for one project, find a dealer/warehouse in your area. Not paying shipping usually more than makes up for the middleman costs.

yes it's one project

I am really not a fan of internet buying, and do like to support local business.

I have a limited amount of $ to spend so every dollar will count. I have a 27fter to put together from a bare hull including purcahse of a 6bta cumming for power.
